FAQ's
What days and times does the venue operate?
Our all-ages venue operates on Saturdays, typically from 3:00pm–7:00pm. On occasion, we may have availability on Friday evenings from 5:00pm–9:00pm; (load-in from 4pm when classes have finished) however, this is not guaranteed.
How Often Can You Host Shows?
As we’re based on a school campus and our amazing crew is made up of volunteers, our availability can sometimes be limited. We truly wish we could host everyone, but this means we may not be able to say yes to every request. If you’re keen to play here, we recommend getting in touch early so we can chat through possible dates and options.
Does the venue manage the tickets?
The venue does not manage ticketing. The headliner or event organiser is responsible for setting up and managing ticket sales. Closer to the event date, we kindly ask that our email address be added to the ticketing platform so we can access the door sales scanning app.
Do you provide backline equipment?
As of January 2026, we no longer supply backline equipment. Bands are required to provide their own drum kit and amplifiers. We do, however, supply microphones and drum microphones.
Can artists bring their own sound engineer?
Yes. Our volunteer FOH and lighting (LX) team consists of Year 11 and 12 students. However, artists are welcome to bring their own sound engineer if they prefer.
Do you help promote shows?
While we are not a promotions company, we are happy to assist with promotion. Please share your poster assets with us, and we will promote the event across our online platforms, youth music community, MIC student newsletter, and via physical posters around the school campus.
